The preliminary schedule for the meeting was distributed to board members at the October board meeting. President Ted Ziemann asked for a US coordinator to assist the VCC with the communication related to the meeting. Katherine Koob agreed to be the US contact. The meeting will be held in the VCC “Meeting Point” location. VCC representative, Masa Matsushita reviewed the schedule plans covering Friday, May 12 through Sunday, May 14, 2017.
